Debate and impression
The now much awaited debate between Governor Amado T. Espino and 2nd District Representative Victor E. Agbayani could be worth watching for.
Organizers of this debate though as suggested by the many should be moderated by a person whose integrity is beyond reproach, respectable and should be impartial.
The venue also as suggested should be on a neutral ground and the timing should probably be a week after the November 30 deadline of the filling of COC’s.
Impressions of both debaters will play a great role on this, Governor and the Congressman should at all times be very careful with their gestures.
A live coverage on a local cable TV and a radio station could be telling. Anyway this two gentlemen are presumed to posses a fine mannered attitude whenever they are in the public view.
